on Information Security
In order to protect the Company’s information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes and live up to the trust of our customers and society, the Company is committed to information security throughout the organization based on the following policy:
1. Management’s Responsibility
The Company will strive to improve and enhance information security systematically and continuously under the leadership of its management.
2. Establishment of Internal System
The Company will establish, maintain, and improve a system for information security and define security measures as official organizational rules.
3. Employee Initiatives
The Company’s employees will acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and ensure the Company’s commitment to information security.
4. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Contractual Requirements
The Company shall comply with laws, regulations, codes, and contractual obligations related to information security and meet its customers’ expectations.
5. Response to Violations and Accidents
In case of a violation of laws and regulations, a breach of contract, or an accident related to information security, the Company will take appropriate actions to prevent a recurrence.
